Sarah Barron is an events and entertainment industry stalwart with over twenty years experience. Specialising in staging festivals and events in unusual spaces, Sarah’s career has taken her around the world, from the Sydney Opera House to London Zoo.

Currently at the Australian Museum of Contemporary Art, Sarah manages large-scale exhibition openings and commercial projects including the Gin Garden, Cherry Blossom Bar and Colour Fields pop-ups.

A pioneer in immersive and anarchic event design, she has won awards including Sydney Club Night of the Year and the UK Event Industry Chairman’s Award.

Sarah also holds the record for the most mirror balls ever rigged into the ceiling of the Metro Theatre.
