Night time innovations in Latin America

In 2008, Andreina Seijas embarked on an exploratory journey: the study of the night as a notion of time and space, but more importantly, as policy space that can be governed and regulated like any other. As a doctoral student at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, she is currently focused on a project to measure the social and economic impact of night-time urban activity. She is about to publish a white paper that highlights innovative night-time experiences around the world. During her keynote, Andreina will present some of the findings of her research in the light of case studies from Asuncion (Paraguay), Cali (Colombia), Rosario (Argentina) and Valparaiso (Chile).
